Using The Centre
If you have a problem with:
State benefits...
Work related employment issues...
Debt...
We provide free advice, information and representation.
If you need education, training courses or your CV improved.
We will help.
The centre runs drop-in sessions, where you can get initial advice.
When you first contact us, we will have to get some basic information and take some first steps. We will deal with your problem as quickly as possible.
In many cases we will be able, at this point, to deal with your problem completely, either by giving you advice or by taking limited action for you.
If your problem is not one that can be resolved immediatly, we will arrange a follow up appointment with one of our case workers.
Your case and all the details about you will be treated in the strictest confidence.
You may have suggestions or comments to make about our service, we will certainly be grateful for any ideas about how we can improve - just speak to any of our staff or volunteers. You can also write or send an e-mail to the Centre.
If you feel unfairly treated by the Centre we would appreciate you bringing it to our attention and we will do all in our power to deal with the problem.
If you wish to make a complaint, in the first instance you can speak to any of our staff. We aim to resolve any issues as quickly and professionally as possible.
