Thousands of dismissed and victimised workers have been represented in the workplace and at tribunals by the SUCRC staff, and thousands of pounds compensation has been won back for those clients. We do not charge for these services.
Although we are an Unemployed Centre we provide anyone with information and services whether in or out of work. We also provide advice and representation for people facing problems in a variety of fields.
You can call into the centre’s drop-in sessions and get initial advice on:
- Unfair Dismissal.
- Constructive Dismissal.
- Unlawful Deduction.
- Redundancy.
- Discrimination.
- Breach of Contract.
- Discaplinary Issues.
- Grievances.
- Any other work related issues.
If neccesary further appointments will be made with our case worker.
Our work is completely free. No percentages are taken if we win.
As we are a charity donations are greatly appreciated.
