NOTICE TO ALL EX EMPLOYEES

We were appointed Joint Liquidators of AG (Manchester) Limited (which was previously called The Accident Group Limited) on 15 January 2004.

As you may be aware from recent press coverage of the insolvency of the Accident Group, the Joint Liquidators are under a duty to investigate the conduct of the business in the period leading up to its formal Insolvency on 13 May 2003. To that end all employees are invited to bring to our notice any particular matters, which they consider, require investigation. Any concerns should be factual rather than rumour or supposition. Where possible please provide documents supporting your concerns.
