BREAKING NEWS

The Hooper case on Bereavement Benefit was LOST at the beginning of May 2005. We will now proceed to the European Courts for justice for widowers.

The Bereavement Benefit Bulletin produced by the DWP clearly states that anyone who has not made a claim will be subject to late claim time limits provided they can provide details of why they feel they have a legitimate claim.The number of men who may still be able to make a claim could well be about 700,000 nationally, but now they only have until November 4th 2005 to get a claim in.

ALL CLIENTS WILL RECEIVE A COPY OF THE FORM BY POST DURING THE WEEK BEGINNING MONDAY 10TH OCTOBER 2004. THE FORMS MUST BE RECEIVED IN STRASBOURG BEFORE 4TH NOVEMBER 2005.
