When your problem has been pursued to the limit we will discuss your case with you to agree that the matter has been concluded and ask you to sign details, we will tell you if the situation should be reviewed in the future and arrange to do so. Any documents left will be returned, we will pass to you any money payable to you which has been sent to the Centre and finally your file will be stored securely for five years after which time it will be destroyed.
